Do NOT take your computers to Eastwind! It will come back in worse condition than when you took it in. Had my laptop worked on and when I got it home, the issue was even worse, to the point I could not use it at all. I took it in the second time, which I was also charged for and shortly after taking it home, similar issues began to act up again. I was charged both times. The third time, I had to get the owner involved, who is an a** and not at all interested in customer service, and he eventually worked on it himself, as if he was doing a huge favor. And, you guessed, still not fixed and had the same issues again.
