Do not use this company, I have had to go almost 4 weeks with out electricity because of the following, one he didn't want to pull the permit while he went out of town to get his son then got snowed in, and said he didn't care who didn't have electric and he didn't regret it, and at that time we had 14 degree nights. Also he quoted us one price then tried to over charge us, thank goodness the front office lady realized that was wrong and charged us for the quoted price.Also him and his crew never want to communicate why they are not showing up at their schedule times and leave with out notice, leave you wondering whats going on and then don't want to answer their phone until you tell them you are getting the law involved. The only good person they have their is their front office lady who I hope finds a better job!! I have kids and he wouldn't work with us on anything, Now it is our fault for staying with them but at the time they were they only electric company that had time to take care of us well we ended up waiting anyways so shame on us for that. Please don't waste your time
