Internet customer only. We stream our TV with a Fire Stick and have numerous TVs, phones and laptops using the "best " package offered by ABB. Currently downloading 16 mbps. Payments are on auto pay but they did not take my $85.13 out of my account this month. When I tried to pay online, my payment method wasn't recognized. ABB has a monopoly as Verizon does not stream in Warren and they have been promising Fios for at least 5 years. The small internet providers can't serve the city of Warren so there is no real choice especially with virtual learning and working from home. The county keeps promising to get internet to the "underserved" in the county but don't realize, or pretend not to realize, that we are all underserved with no options. I lived 12 miles away from Warren and had Windstream which I liked but god forbid that ABB and Verizon have competent competition. I don't understand how a company that has hundreds of pages of complaints can still be operating and charging so much without any redeeming features. The county commissioners and state rep need to deal with the issue sooner rather than later. If I could give ABB less than 1 star, I would.
