Terrible service. We've been waiting for over a month to have our oven fixed. They never call us back, they are never on time, and they do not communicate what is wrong with the oven to us. They don't even get back in touch with the home warranty people, who had to call them at my urging to see what was wrong. Although they supposedly fixed the oven's display (which was working just fine), it is now fuzzy and unreadable. I would never work with them again if I could avoid it.
