Abusive, Unsafe Filthy broken down packed . Read all the bad reviews and Owner, employees posted fake reviews using real names but all people know who experience their services, can see because this company is known and notorious for all this! •(Best Advice choose NOT to Ride with or use any of their services!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND LCH Transportation) Thankfully this T&L One Shady business never had my real information! But not happy for ones they do. Be careful. Unsafe, unreliable,not trustworthy, Filthy broken down vehicles stuck in it for several hours. Not recommended! Call the Logisticare for a Lyft request not T&L One, you WILL be stranded hours and why ever use their taxi service or limo in any event, when there's clean reliable affordable LYFT UBER. •A lot Drivers and employees of T&L One I had are great and not a fault. •However, This driver continues time & time again NOT reprimanded or termination and there has already been serious complaints and ongoing about this employee Sariya , accidents, careless tickets, unreported accidents, damages vans reckless on her phone almost crashed and never does or takes her job seriously she takes total advantage ( No wonder why) makes false claims, obsessed . Unacceptable what I've researched, heard, and Retaliation for complaint against innocent person but even still when does the owner step in because what it seems, it's people employees like that make a bad company and if it's the company, then government can suspend remove their business licenses. It's got to stop, It's dangerous and their cameras are off disconnected, she showed me and just how easy it's done. Further, wouldn't stop talking about a client and discussing her job, boss, personal co workers friends lives and how she dislikes (I wonder if they only knew how bad she thinks and speaks of them) Very unprofessional and like a switch, she was talking ghetto using foul language, a multi personality. Get her off the road and away from people customer service, she's extremely unstable! This company doesn't care about anything it seems and allows everything. Don't use them for anything. •(SWITCH to or use LCH Transportation and for medical Transportation with insurance LogistiCare and it's the Best! Extremely all around professional caring reliable real business, never any problems at all and that says & means a lot about LCH.)
