Beyond a good experience. Honestly, this guy Tony (owner) is a rare breed. He was the MOST reliable, accommodating,professional, dependable person I have encountered in a very long time. I cannot say enough good things about him. You can trust him 100% to be there for you, no matter what time, day or night...and his prices are CHEAP! I do not even know this man, called from ANOTHER state LAST minute because my toy poodle was srtranded and needed a ride (alone) to the airport. He got me out of a HUGE bind, was patient with me as I basically called him all day long with details and specifics, and finally, when I had figured everything out, he picked my pet up at 5AM!!! and deliverd her safely.....and oh...did I mention CHEAP. The guy at Pet Taxi was no where NEAR as professional, accommodating, etc, and wanted to charge me DOUBLE what this company did. Honestly, this company is a diamond in the rough. Thank you for being a stand up company just because it's the right thing to do.
