I had a system installed by one of the competing companies that has been in business for a great number of years here in Independence. They came back several times and charged me every time for work I already paid them for. We called Russell refrigeration and talked directly to one of the owners. He assured me that they would be out that day and would help with either fixing the problem directly or diagnosing it so the installing company could fix it. The unit had something wired wrong on it, the technician from Russell refrigeration just fixed it while there and it has operated perfect every since. I wont ever use that other company again!
