THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION!!!! Had always had a good business relationship with the company, they ran my gas lines for my pool heater, and have been here to repair problems with my hot water heater, that is until now called placed on Friday Feb. 22 for problem, Pat promised someone would call me back that day, to let me know when they were coming to my home, no call Friday, I left message on Saturday, no return call, I left a message on Mon. February 25 @ 9am, no return call by 11:45 am, I called Pat answered, told me about a man down, and she was going to talk to Steve to see when they would be to my home, since I have been without hotwater since Thursday February 21, well it is now Tuesday February 26, and no return call from Alternative gas, is it that they have gotten so big, and forgotten us little people who hired them when they first started. If you can't help me, tell me on the phone, don't keep me hanging on. I am the third person this week who has had a problem with Alternative not calling them back, fortunately for me and the other two customers we all have found the same new company that is helping all of us. Unfortunately for Alternative, guess it doesn't matter if you lose customers, you have those big jobs now
