Unfortunately my experience with Fig Stores has been terrible. I bought from them because of the causes they support and made the mistake of no checking independent reviews. A TV stand was delivered 10 days late while I was out o the country. After my return I reported that it was damaged. Its told me that I had only 5 buss days after delivery to report any damage and because it was not done, the store will not do anything, no refund, exchange or credit for repairs. A few weeks later he confirmed it in writing. Their web site doesn't have any notice about that time limit. It is deceiving to consumers because there in no notice about it. Their delivery agents do not advise people to inspect merchandise for damage and have them sign a document, that according to Mark, states that merchandise was in fine condition and is admissible in court. We don't know because they didn't give us a copy of what we thought it was just a receipt of merchandise. I will never buy anything from this store or Newton Enterprises again.

FIG store has permanently closed. They owe me almost $5,000.00. Bradley Newton just gave me the runaround for over a year. He is now CEO of Posh and I would say is still a crook. Stole my money for sure. This is money from a FIG purchase I made in April, 2015. He never used his faith in God (FIG) when it came to doing right by me. I paid two times for one purchase and could never get a refund. What a crook. I would avoid buying from any company Brad or Mark Newton is involved with including POSH! By Susan Lovelace

Found a Best Homes power reclining chair in a local store and looked online to make sure I was going to get the best price. Figstores had it cheaper. I had their interior design consultant Iris help me with fabric choices for the recliner. I sent her pictures of my home and we went back and forth for weeks making sure I was picking the right color for my home. I was told I was ordering a taupe leather and reviewed the sample online. My first mistake was to pay in full with a routing # from my bank because I received an addition 2% off. I waited over 2 months for the delivery and the recliner came with a hole that was painted over with some sort of repair paint, the bases were the wrong finish, there is a huge stitching error on the arm and the material is a cheap polyutherine- not leather at all and it is a horrible splotchy color. I immediately called figstores and talked to Mark Newton who immediately said that the manufacturer would never have sent a piece of furniture with damage & asked me if I had read their return policy. He said at best they would send a repair man to repair the damage or Best Homes would replace the damaged parts. If the hole was accidentally made by the manufacturer they should have sent a new chair. At this point a repaired chair is not good enough either because the material color is unacceptable. I then contacted Iris and she agreed that that fabric didn't turn out the color that we had agreed upon. She apologized that she made an error in order
