I do deliveries here. This place should be reported to state. No fire alarm for over 6 months now. No elevator for the elderly. So that means for those that live on the third floor are climbing three flights of stairs. I've personally seen women sitting in the floor in the stair wells because they can't make it up all three flights of stairs. Interior ceilings collapsing on first floor. Maintenance is a joke. Complaints I've heard when talking to residents include: Manager stopped local food deliveries meant to subsidize nutrition to the elderly. Reporting to Hud doesn't help apparently. Multiple Residents are worried for their safety and are scared to report due to retaliation from management. Do not move your elderly loved ones here until it's under new management and has had much needed work done.
