This appraiser is unbelievably unprofessional and a horrible human being. Scott Balfour came to my door asking to be let in so I requested since I have a child and I am immune compromised (which I told him) to wear a mask. He rolled his eyes and said he didn't have one because he is using his son's car but he would go look. By the time I went and found him one from my own closet he had left. I called his cell phone to ask what happened and he said "Nah I'm going to cancel the appraisal" and hung up on me. This is going to cause a great deal of disruption for my family and this poor excuse for a human being simply could care less. I don't recommend him at all.
