I have not personally used this company, but yesterday as I was driving down So. Chambers Rd. in Aurora CO one of their trucks was tail gating me (I drive a mid-size and this was a semi truck w/o the trailer). He drove so close all I could see from my rear view mirrors were his grill and bumper. I got scared and changed lanes. He then sped up and tail gated the vehicle that was in front of me. As we drove he kept drastically changing lanes and speeding. Even my children in the car with me were really scared. When we got to a red light I took pictures of the information on the side of the semi (there was no license plate) and contacted the company. The call went straight to voice mail with no company message. I left a voice mail and a man contacted me within the hour and assured me would investigate who the driver was a handle the situation. I truly hope he does (his English wasn't very strong) and understands the dangers in this drivers actions. Such a big truck and cause a lot of damage!
