Run don't walk, he did the worst landscaping job I've ever seen, it all needs to be torn out. They never prep or graded, they just threw the sod down on hard dirt with all the lumps and bumps. Sprinkler system is leaking all down my street he won't guarantee it it's not his problem. There's holes and dead sod everywhere. A portion of it they left and didn't sod it was just weeds, Robbi came back and said he fixed it and put sod on, couple days later I stop by and it was all dead, I picked up one of the pieces and he threw it over the top of the old grass and weeds. Unbelievable he has no shame!! Not what you would expect for $7500. He won't fix it, and I won't pay him till he does, so he threaten me with a lien. He doesn't deserve any stars. In fact he hired some guys and took off to Florida he wasn't even there, and told me he had no reason to come back he was done. very cold just burned me. Came in like a knight in shining armor to get the job, and left me with a Disaster. Do yourself a favor and find somebody professional and reputable. Robby talks a great story, and that's what it is pure fiction. He actually sent me pictures from other houses in the neighborhood that their grass look the same brown color, but Robby I just paid for brand new sod these houses are 60 years old I don't even know if they water the yard. After he laid the sod they set the timer to be watered three days a week, the sod was darn near dead when it arrived. Had I've been there I would've never excepted it. I'm not a landscaper but I know that you need to water every day if not twice a day with brand new sod. Which tells me he has no idea what he's doing. They put new mulch with no new soil, they left all the old leaves and garbage from the old beds. It's not his problem to clean it they just threw new mulch over the old, then they didn't have enough instead instead of finishing the job he took $100 off, save yourself the nightmare.
