I am a retired health care provider. I know good practices from mediocre practices and a good team from a weak team. It starts with the front desk personnel. The front desk staff at Dr. Jean Brauning's dental practice are top notch. They are always smiling and are very capable of answering questions about scheduling and insurance. The dental support staff for Dr. Brauning are very professional. They are very knowledgeable and I have witnessed them easily calm down a nervous patient . The Ocean City community and Worcester county is lucky that Dr. Brauning chose to work in the area. What I most appreciate about them is they put the CARE of the patient first. They do what is BEST for the patient not what is easiest.
