DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. you will not get what you pay for. 8months and I get less than 5Mbps while I paid for 20. I doubt most of their customers realize they are getting ripped off and I’m sure that’s what they want. If you have Seiontec, check your speed. If you don’t, your better off having nothing, because you will still have nothing but you won’t be overpaying for it.

the Owner's customer service is atrocious. He has no value for your time. Unless you allow them to walk all over you and treat you horribly with no respect... you will not be able to get service from them. They have removed all Reviews from Facebook to hide the full story. They have a monopoly on what they have to offer, I guess that is why Darrell Haag feels he is able to treat a customer in that manner. Eventually there will be another option for those of us who live far out. When that day comes, I seriously doubt this company will survive. Always treat others as you would have them treat you! I have never been treated so poorly. I have never experienced a company taking a position as they have. You may read a detailed account on the Better Business Bureau, Google and Yellow pages.
