This company is negligent and rude. While en route this company failed to secure their products and flying debris and they severely damaged the car and broke my windshield and nearly caused a multi-car accident. When I reached out, one representative became belligerent and continued to hang up the phone and I had to file a police report. I would not dare hire this company or recommend to friends. If they cant even properly drive, you think I would trust them to come to my home? No.

Don is the worse person one can deal with. He is so rude and forgets to return calls he promises services and then he says he never did. The men are sloppy, never bring the right equipment and over charge the customer. Just because they work with lawns does not mean they can treat customers like crap. One of the workers climbed up on the City's recycle bin to trim a tall bush and dented it out of shape. They never have the right equipment. They overcharge do a lousy job and down Hwakins needs to retire. He is too bitter to serve people. He charges my debit card without my permission. The job is not finished and he already charged my debit card 150.00. MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER NEEDS TO BE SAFELY DISPOSED ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL SUE YOU FOR THEFT OF MY MONEY AND WRONG USE OF MY DEBIT CARD.
