This company is very unprofessional and are only interested in getting paid, while not providing services. When I call to follow-up on my rebate, they dodge my calls. They will not tell me who is the manager of PharmaTech when I have complaints. I have been trying to find out where they sent the drugs that I shipped them for my companies' disposal rebate. I have been working since FEBRUARY to find out this information. Finally, today I called them from my personal cell phone and finally got an answer! When they realized that it was me-they said that the person in charge of my account "just stepped out" and will call me back upon his return. That most likely won't happen and they will continue to dodge the issue! My company is due a large credit/rebate and it looks like PharmaTech dropped the ball. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PHARMATECH!
