Richard Hathaway is probably one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The property I rented from his was extremely overpriced and in very poor conditions. He takes short cuts when repairing things, and the condition in which he keeps his houses is disgusting. I would be shocked to find that he is not legally under duress due to the conditions that he expects his renters to live in. He lied to myself and my roommates. He made false agreements and also tried to take advantage of one of the girls. I suggest to anyone to stay as far away as they can from this man and his company.
