Excellent craftsmanship but unfortunately Brad failed to complete the project. The project was paid in full in May as Brad “completed” the project. Hips caps and gutters are still missing, and it is now September. Brad recommended a section of gutter not be replaced but simply be removed. After “completion” we had heavy rain and sent Brad a video of the area, clearly indicating the need for the gutter. Brad requested further payment to install the missing hip caps and gutters. After reminding Brad of the terms of our contract and that we had paid in full for this work, he assured us someone would be by to finish installing the gutters and hip caps. A gentleman came to look at the area that week but no one has come to complete the work. Brad has avoided all means of communication. Several phone calls and emails were placed with no return communication. It is now September.
