Our kids program teaches the student to develop self-esteem, self-discipline and self-control. Students are never sitting on the bench or on the side line. Unlike other sports each student will get the proper training as a Martial Artist. They will get a great workout and learn real self-defense skills. We offer tournaments for each student to compete and test their skills. Each lesson is taught in a FUN Educational and Positive learning environment to further their skills in TaeKwonDo. The Adult Program is taught in a safe and comfortable atmosphere for any gender ages 13 and up. You will learn real self-defense techniques while developing better flexibility, endurance, coordination and confidence. Each lesson is taught by a trained Instructor.
