Unfortunately approx. 3 or 4 years ago I had the pleasure? of doing business with this company. At the time their only employee was working for Ravenna Tile? and working at my place of employment. Somehow he "Gunny" for the lack of his proper name told me that he could install Bamboo flooring in my home with a cork underlayment. After purchasing all of the materials he proceeded with the installation. Without my knowledge he installed the cork underlayment and proceeded to install the bamboo flooring on top of it without rolling the cork to the floor. Subsequently the entire floor did not adhere properly and will all need to be replaced. I am sorry that I ever did business with this company and although I contacted Gunny on a number of occassions he never made any effort to make good on his installation. I hope that potential customers read this before they commit to the travesty I have been through not to mention the expense of having to have all of the flooring removed and replaced. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE EVEN CONTEMPLATING HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR REMODRLING WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
