Updated review: as a result of my review I was contacted by the service and sales manager for AA Power Equipment. He has clarified the issue with me and refund me for the lawn mower. I appreciate the professional way in which he has managed my case and update my rating accordingly. Original review: I purchased a used lawn mower from AA Power Equipment at Roswell and discovered, at the first use, that it's broken! They convinced me to purchase the used mower, claiming that it works fine. After working with it for about 10 minutes I have found that it isn't the case - It was consistently turned off every 2 minutes. When I called them to clarify the issue I didn't get a substantive response. In addition, they refused to refund me for the entire amount (offered only ~30% of the refundable amount). For me - they have failed in integrity! I will never work with them again!
