Coming from a former community manager I Would honestly give a lower ratting but can't. Completely unprofessional, James the Yakima manager belittling his employees in front of tenants, talks about other residents in front of other residents, inability to resolve work orders, upon putting in our notice to vacate was trying to show our unit while still living in the unit and put an for rent sign in the yard so we would be harassed by people wanting to rent it (don't blame them). And then getting totally gouged in charges when we gave them the unit in better condition than we got it. Do not ever rent from them. Ever
