I am here to write my frustration and pain I received from The Mattress Hub shop in Manhattan, KS. The store manager (skinny black guy) sold me a mattress saying that it is safe to try out this mattress for a year, only need the original receipt for exchange or return. When I try to do that he completely denied it and asking me for a comfort swap form. When I confronted him he said "I was about to tell you but you were jumping around". Well Mr. Salesman that's what people should do in a mattress shop! A very bad experience !. This is to protect other customers from being ripped off! Very careful before you buy from this store.
