Don't walk , run from this business We needed a new roof. On 8/21/13 we hired Robby the roofer from Anmar Builders & roofing. We paid $35,000 What I didn’t know, until problems began we did not hire Anmar Builders. They had stapled bunches of paper together and the contact we signed was with Green Roofing Technologies INC.s LiC # CCC 1329708 We found this out because a Lien was placed on our house on 12/16/2013 When I contact Anmar Builders they told me they did not do my roof and they threw Robby in Jail Inspections was done on 10/07/13 Approved Leaks began on 11/2/13 in the garage. I called everyday for two weeks. Finally they came out and Claimed they fixed it. They only caulked the problem. And now I am dealing with a man named Kelly Jackson Roof started leaking again the same place with garage. On 10/14/14 started calling everyday for three weeks. Man came out when and went into the attic and claimed he fixed it. Caulked it again instead of putting in required flashing. On 1/12/15 started leaking again. Phone call after phone call and waiting 2 weeks they came out again. Claimed the fixed the problem. On 8/02/17 started leaking in the garage again and now in the house. I hired Thomas Inspection Service to find out what was going on 8/11/2017 He sent photos and a full report on what needed to be address and I send that to Kelly Jackson. Lot's of promises never fixed the roof, even with a warranty
