I wolud not recommend Qualex Manufacturing to build your product. Following are the problems I experienced when working with them: o Parts delivered that didn’t meet drawing specifications o Even with multiple attempts parts still were not correct o Modifications to design made without consultation which resulted in product not being able to be assembled together o Poor quality of parts - dimensions out of spec, burrs, gouges, etc. o Excessively long wait times for actions to take place – 3+ months since project started and correct parts still not received o Poor communication - Phone calls not always returned, no response or partial response to emails o Missed commitments - schedule delays, parts not fabricated that should have been, etc.
