Keith did a lot of work for us when we purchased an old victorian home early last year. Keith spent several weeks painting, doing odd jobs and refinishing our antique wood floors. We feel hes a really great person, but not a great contractor or business man. After about 10 months our antigue dinning room ceiling (we paid Keith aprox. $1000.00) started to peel and fall down. I sent Keith a picture and explaination. That was in early Feb. of this year. After several excuses and a few ignored messages. I finally decided to hire someone to fix the mess Keith made. Keith has refused to refund us our money. Keith showed up for work every day when we were passing out checks. Not so reliable when there is a problem.
