1st Class Real-T-Treatment was founded in 2006 by Broker/Owner Henry Bermudez. Two key elements he realized, during his career in the real estate industry, propelled him to form our company. He first realized a dire lack of service and treatment of people purchasing or selling their homes. The second element was a lack of knowledge and experience in handling real estate transactions.
