His work is fine. HOWEVER, do NOT use him if you're building a chicken farm. The man knows the process on how long it takes for these loans to go through. He always gets paid by the bank once everything is approved however, he will cuss the grower out for days and be absolutely disrespectful as if it is the grower's fault the process takes a while. He hates the waiting period but loves that chicken farm money.
