Sold a unit that does not work. Pretended to fix the problem, hiding behind a "busy" summer season, never returning calls/texts, and never doing what they said would do. Gilbert simply stopped returning calls after installing a unit that does not cool and now with cold weather heater was never even installed. The gas line was never connected and one of the pieces is broken. We have made numerous attempts to reach these people and they simply will not get back to you. What a shame! Do not trust them, Gilbert is not trustworthy.
