After spending 18 years in business management, utilizing my degree from The Ohio State University in Production & Operations Management, I decided to make a career change. I have always been mechanically minded person. I fix rather than discard. I research and repair myself. I have been a fan of woodworking and renovation for many years and decided to follow what I love to do. I attended Hondros College and received my basic certification in Home Inspection. Then continued my education by obtaining a Master Certification in Home Inspection. I have been inspecting homes now since 2007. I also have been renovating investment properties. Clients have hired me to do complete renovations on over 30 homes. Everything from foundation repairs and shoring to roof replacements. And electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, insulation, windows, kitchens, baths, and everything in between. My latest focus has been on residential owner occupied improvement projects. Kitchens, baths, tile, carpentry, electrical, lighting. Modernization improvements. I have a passion for excellence and a strong attention to detail. All my projects have come to me via referrals from ecstatic customers.
