I've never used this service, but I do have a critique on the business which would reflect the business itself. A ladder on their truck struck my SUV as we were driving & knocked out the side view mirror and did some damage to the car itself. Because it was fairly minor and I was a little too trusting of what seemed like nice, decent people, I did not get their insurance info, etc. They promised that if we do this without the insurance, they'll be glad to meet up and pay for the quote given. We exchanged numbers and names and we were both on our way. Well, to make a long story short, they would not return any of my calls to meet up. I left several messages. We tried to send them certified mail saying that we will just collect on the MIRROR damage and forget the minor VEHICLE damage if they would just pay up; and if they didn't, we will take them to court for the whole amount instead. They never answered their door and no one is signing for this mail. This is a business who is obviously shady, not trustworthy, is okay with scamming people and may seem friendly upfront but will do you wrong, given the chance. So though I didn't use their services, their behavior is a direct reflection on them as people and therefore their business. I would NEVER do business with someone as shady as this because the trust isn't there if something were to go wrong. Find someone who will put PEOPLE, and not themselves, first.
