BOOK THAT CONDO IS A SCAM! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! THEY STOLE MY $500 DEPOSIT!!! They sounded so nice and legit when I called, so we agreed to put down a $500 security deposit. I stayed with one other friend and we left the place in the exact condition we found it. After we left, I had to call multiple times a week to find out the details of when I'd see this money. I was told it would be mailed within 28 business days. 28 business days later, my rent check is due and I still hadn't seen my deposit. BTC told me they had to pay for a "ozonator" to clean the "smell" out. What a sack of BS!!!! Me and my friend are two, quiet females who do not smoke. We had no guests, and we certainly do not smell. There was no way for me to refute this, because the pictures we took didn't capture the "smell" so it was our word against theirs. Not to mention they were total jerks throughout this process and smugly laughed at me the entire time.
