I have nuthing against this company but , the employees are very disrespetfull . My exspirence with this company has been a two out of a scale of 1-10 . I signed up to recieved magazines , the month of December and i have not recieved any thing yet . Its been in an estimate ammount of 6 weeks . However i recieve a letter in the mail saying i basicly owe the $49.58 and they`ve tooken it out of my account , its the end of the month so my money is not right . So i call and i get into a extremely bad argument with one of employees and my daughter called in as well and he was rude to her aswell , We call again and get hug up on , soo we call in the third time and an different mad explain to us tha he will cancel my acount with them soo i would have to make any payment for now on , But what about the the money they already took out my account ? I have too send send some out there with the possibility that ill get my money back , they call every day . Ive had to close an account due to them going into my account . Sounds fair right ? Not at all .
