I highly recommend AK Computer Services! I am taking the time to write this review because I rarely encounter excellent customer service. Aseem responded within hours and I was able to have my computer repaired overnight. I thought I was never going to be able to use my computer or access important files again. Aseem is very professional and I felt comfortable working with him. He is a great communicator and his customer service skills are outstanding; not only was he helpful before I gave him my money, but he was very responsive and spent some time with me even after I paid for the service.
