Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Shares in meats. Certified Poultry Processing Facility for the Small Farmer. We offer a Meat Share that is delivered each month to customers in both Oregon and Washington along the Columbia River. The share includes cuts of beef, pork, goat, chicken and eggs. Enough for a family of 4. If customers don't need a full share we offer a 1/2 share as well. We also offer to small farmers who raise fowl or rabbits in both Oregon and Washington a certified Poultry Processing Facility that will slaughter humanly, clean with great care, and package your final product using approved labeling with Farms Logos, Names, address, weights and dates so that sales of final product can be sold to Restaurants, Specialty Stores, Grocery Stores and Farmer's Markets throughout the State of Washington. We will process your single bird or your 5000 birds as needed.
