Amy was horrible to deal with. DO NOT RENT FROM AMY AT METROPOLITAN MANAGEMENT. Water was turned off multiple times and Amy, the only point of contact, refused to respond. This occurred multiple times. She would ignore all my calls when emergencies occurred. We would go without water for hours with no idea what was happening. Lawn looked awful most of the time and maintenance poor. When I asked for another point of contact Amy refused.
