No star should be given to them. They really do set up the company to scam. I made a mistake by making an appointment with them without looking at the review first. Some of my radiators need bleeding. The guy showed up 2 hours late, with no bleeding key. Tells me he needs $1100 to do the job, and also he needs to open the pipes. (Paving a road to a bigger job) I was shocked! After I told him, I did this before and it cost nowhere near this number, he offered a 10% discount. And after I laughed it off, he said he can do 900, but that's the bottom price. I asked him to leave, and I had to paid the $100 service fee.
