Unprofessional landlord and contractor. Definitely got an apt at a great price but found out exactly why. Here we are 20 months in and I'm baffled at their actions and conduct. I wish these two could accept their responsibilities so we can move forward. I pray to find a common ground allowing our family to complete my second yr lease with them and continue to have a pleasant landlord tenant relationship. Buyee/leasee/renter beware proceed with caution.
