This company or Brian Reuter is part of a scam. They call it "spiking the job". It is when you give 50% up front for materials. After milking the job out for months, ultimately you (the home owner) end up paying for a lot and you don't get anything of real value in materials or work. I know this cause he scammed me. run away from this P.O.S.
