Good Neighbor Homes built my house - a modular and delivered it end of June 2013, since then Bob Woods has not returned any of my call, emails or text messages. We have unfinished business in regards to our home. It is a huge disappoint that he has not kept his promises and has left us with a punch list of items unfinished. Would not advise use of Bob Woods or Good Neighbor Homes.
