A high performance replacement for traditional block and bar joist or steel framing and wood framing. an insulated framing shell. a "green shell." We provide HIGH PERFORMANCE BUILDING SYSTEMS. Thanks to the effienciences of Cold Rolled Steel and Composite Panel Technology we can provide a cost effective alternative to the shell of any building. We can replace Block Wall and Steel Bar joist Construction with a load bearing Super Insulated Metal Panel and Light Guage Steel Truss System. For less than the cost of Block Wall Construction and Steel Bar Joists we can provide a Wall System that will give the Building a True R-Value of 28 or 40 depending on wall thickness. Ship lap and no thermal bridging in the wall mean that we can signifcantly reduce energy costs. Time of Construction can also be significantly reduced. Let us quote on your Project. You will be pleasantly surprised at the cost. Residential as well.
