Details such as food allergies, dietary needs, spicieness etc. will all be noted. You can call and make special requests 24-hrs in advance of your scheduled cooking day, or leave it in the talanted hands of the chef, who will help plan your menus to suit your budget and your palate. He'll do the food shopping, prepare the food and then pack it all up neatly...
