Mario has taken $22,000 from me and has rendered services equal to approximately $3,000 according to his bid. He estimated work to be complete in six weeks. We are three months in and about 1/8th of that work is complete. He does not return repeated phone calls, texts and emails. He put skylights in my home that leaked the first time it rained. The workers who periodically show up at my house all comment on the poor quality of the work that has been done.
