I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a Pyle vacuum which I used about once a month in my basement. It worked about 6 months and completely quit. I had to pay to send it to the company and also back to myself. It worked a couple of times after that and quit again. Sent it back at my expense again, and 6 weeks later was sent back to me. Just happened to keep it long enough that warranty ran out. Got it back and it worked once and completely quit again. Very bad product and very bad experience with the service manager. He said its not my problem and I will not fix it and didn't want anything else to do with me and hung up on me. I would never recommend this product to anyone and will be contacting the company that I bought it from.
