Terrible experience. She is completely disorganized. She forgets things, doesn't do what she says she'll do, and then tries to cover up the mistakes with dishonesty. Her correspondences are riddled with grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors and are unintelligible. We have zero confidence that the return was completed correctly. The only thing she did efficiently was deposit our check.
