These guys are fabulous. I had them come fix all my air conditioning issues when we moved into our new (to us) house at the end of May 2023. I wasn't able to be there so I left Adam a key to the empty house. He and his crew texted me pictures of the whole process, so I could see exactly what they were doing, and it sure made me grateful I had had them do all this. They also serviced our AC/furnace, and cleaned the dryer vent. It was so gross. Today, I decided it was time to replace the air filter, but was unfamiliar with the Trane unit we have. I called him, he answered immediately, using my name (! Who remembers things like that?!), and walked me through the process. He has fixed out 2 air conditioners in 2 different houses for us, and I will definitely be working with him again. HIGHLY recommend Adam and is metro absolutely the Lions king of the A/C industry !!!

Adam is a top notch technician. Hands down. When I had a major HVAC issue, he was there without hesitation. It was in the heat of summer and he arrived quickly and fix the issue with pride and professionalism. He is the best of the best and you will be happy.

Adam was hired via a third party who damaged my HVAC unit. His company fixed my fan motor fine but told me the molex plug repair had to wait as the part was on back order. He did, however, assure my wife that the job was already paid for and if he couldn't get the part sent to him, claimed he'd go to Orlando to pick it up himself. He was supposed to call back the week following that conversation but never did and returned none of our phone calls. When my wife finally reached him via text he changed his story and now claims the job was never paid for. We've been waiting months for this repair and am tired of the runaround. I understood waiting on the part but am irritated that we're now being told the job is not paid for. He told me wife in their previous call that we no longer had to deal with the other party because they had done their part by paying for the job in advance. Now we have to go back and forth with both companies to find out the truth. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable professional.
