Tristan Emond - The Emond Team - Keller Williams Realty, Black Hills. Rapid City Home Sale Specialists Communication, technology, and good old fashioned customer service. I believe that being in real estate is more than about selling homes. It's about connecting with people, forming relationships and making new friends - all the while providing a professional service to help them get on with their lives, into that dream home, or however else I can serve (in the real estate business, of course!) I love technology, and use it to the fullest advantage to help my clients.I have been a full time agent since 2006, specializing in first time homebuyers and military relocations. I have been a multi-million dollar producer a number of years, with 2 Spirit of Cooperation awards to add. My goal is to p rovide you with a real estate transaction that is smooth and stress free...and have a few laughs along the way. Give me a call, email or text to find out how I can help you
