Carlos, who is the owner of G & A 1 Home Improvements, was recommended to me during the early summer months of 2014, by pest remover David Quinn of Freeport who humanely removed several pesky squirrels from my home attic. It was my very good fortune to hire Carlos. He undertook to complete an excellent job with removing and reinstalling the roof line gutters in order to replace several lengthy sections of the rotting fascia board through which the squirrels had been gaining entry. He made a special and careful dollars-savings effort to salvage as much of aluminum gutter as he could instead of simply ripping it off the house for disposal in a trash bin. Several months later (i.e, last week) I hired Carols to install new plywood flooring and insulation in my attic and a drop-down stairs for convenient access. Again, the professional job performance of Carlos and his work crew were commendably first-rate and uniformly excellent. I intend to remain a repeat customer and will ask him to come back next spring for further home-improvement projects at my house.
