Barnaby and Wolfe in Grapevine is very ineffective in collecting bad debts. They use an out-moded approach that is largely based on having their young commissioned agents yell at people. Not only is this not intimidating it isn't even effective! (Think about it: do you really want to settle with someone who just insulted you?)
If your firm is serious about collecting legitimate bad debts you can do better than this firm.
